The Town of Breckenridge is proud to partner with Suzanne Allen Sabo and Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties in collaboration with general contract partner Thrive Home Builders to bring workforce housing residents of Breckenridge the latest in home design architecture and award-winning homebuilding practices to offer sustainable housing that is good for the homeowners and the planet.

Homes built at the Stables Village will be all-electric, solar-powered, and carbon neutral. These homes will use the latest in homebuilding science and building practices—making the workforce housing at Stables Village the first of its kind in Colorado and across the country.

A Thrive E-PWR® home is an all-electric, solar-powered home that is driven by sustainability and health features. Its design and function hinge on core attributes of Thrive’s that include health, sustainability, energy efficiency, and innovation that are nationally recognized and award-winning.

Thrive Carbon-Wise® is Thrive’s innovative and trademarked building approach focused on delivering carbon-neutral homes. This pioneering construction method focuses on reducing the embodied and operational carbon of homes Thrive builds. The result is delivering a home that lessens the harsh impacts of carbon on the environment and helps combat climate change.
