The Stables Village neighborhood master plan was approved by the Breckenridge Town Council on April 11th, 2023. This will be a new workforce neighborhood in Breckenridge for the “missing middle” that will include 5 Single Family homes, 38 duplexes, and 18 triplexes for purchase. The homes will be net zero, all-electric, solar-powered, and be carbon neutral—all home features that are good for the homeowner and the planet. The builder is projected to break ground Fall of 2023. The developer, Suzanne Sabo, representing Stables Village, LLC, and her team are aiming to have the first units move in ready by spring 2024. 

Pricing for the Stables Village workforce homes has already been established and is based on a lottery system. Homes will start from the upper $300s and will range up to the low $800s for single-family homes.
